QUESTIONS
About this work.
Do I need experience for a packing job?
Usually not. Most packing work is taught at the site. If you have packed at a pharma or FMCG plant before, tell us where; some sites prefer that experience.
Can women apply for packing jobs?
Yes. Packing roles are open to women and men. Tell us which shifts you can work, and we tell you the site's shift timings before you join.
What is different about pharma packing?
Pharma packing areas follow clean-room rules: special clothing, hand hygiene, no phones on the floor and careful batch records. The site trains you on these at induction.
Is there any fee?
No. Vayasya Seva never charges job seekers anything. If anyone asks you for money in our name, do not pay, and tell us.
