How We Operate

A disciplined operating model designed for accountability, compliance, and operational continuity across integrated industrial service scopes.

Two Coordinated Layers

VSPL operates through a Setu Governance Plane and an Execution Plane — keeping governance consistent while allowing rapid on-ground delivery.

Setu Governance Plane

Policies, attendance controls, compliance workflows, reporting standards, payroll workflows, and workforce-to-shift alignment logic — managed centrally through Vayasya Setu.

  • Policy logic and compliance rules
  • Attendance capture and verification
  • Payroll input generation
  • Compliance documentation and filing
  • Reporting standards and delivery
  • Workforce-to-shift alignment (where deployed)

Execution Plane

On-ground service operations, supervisor-led issue handling, client communication, and time-bound operational delivery.

  • Day-to-day deployment coordination
  • Civil/fabrication and maintenance execution tracking
  • Supervisor-led exception handling
  • Direct communication with client teams
  • Shift handovers and operational continuity
  • Replacement pipeline activation
  • On-ground escalation and resolution

This model keeps governance consistent while allowing adaptable field execution.

The Five-Step Process

Every engagement follows this structured execution cycle.

1

Requirement Intake

Scope, roles, crew size, shift patterns, compliance requirements, and site conditions — documented and confirmed before mobilization begins.

2

Resource & Work Planning

Workforce, technician crews, tools, and equipment planning aligned to your operational requirement. Selection and deployment criteria are confirmed jointly.

3

Onboarding, Safety & Mobilization

Document verification, ESIC/EPF enrolment where applicable, safety orientation, and site-specific induction — completed before start of work.

4

Execution & Supervision

On-ground supervisors manage attendance, task allocation, quality checkpoints, and daily operational rhythm across workforce and project works.

5

Reporting & Compliance Closure

Attendance records, work completion logs, maintenance updates, and compliance documentation delivered in Excel, CSV, or PDF formats.

Escalation Framework

Defined escalation tiers ensure issues are resolved at the appropriate level — with accountability at each stage.

Level 1 — Site Supervisor
Immediate on-ground issues — attendance, discipline, task allocation — handled by the deployed supervisor within the shift.
Level 2 — Operations Coordinator
Persistent issues, staffing shortfalls, or process deviations — escalated to the VSPL operations coordinator for tracked resolution.
Level 3 — Management Review
Systemic concerns, compliance risks, or contractual matters — escalated to VSPL management with documented review and response.
Client Escalation Hotline
Direct access to VSPL operations management for urgent or critical requirements outside standard escalation flow.
