Delhi NCR is three states sharing one labour market: a worker can live in Delhi and work in Kundli on Haryana's rate, or live in Ghaziabad and cross into Faridabad. We pay each crew on the rules of the state its site is in. We take requirements from units in Gurugram and Manesar, Noida and Greater Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad and Delhi's industrial areas.
