Patancheru, on the Solapur highway north-west of Hyderabad, is the city's oldest bulk drug and chemical belt. TGIIC runs five phases of industrial park at Patancheru and four at Pashamylaram, with an export promotion park, a textile park and, at Sultanpur, a 302-acre medical devices park opened in 2017, all in Sangareddy district.
